This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Stonebridge Software LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of software products made available through pythonp.xyz (the “Software”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

Stonebridge Software LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with this EULA. This license does not grant ownership rights and may be revoked at any time for non-compliance.

The Software is designed to provide computer-vision–based analysis, visual overlays, and input-assistance features intended to support interaction with digital environments that require precision input.

The Software may be used for accessibility, productivity, experimental, or assistive purposes, including by users who experience physical or cognitive limitations affecting precision input. The Software is intended to support equitable access and usability, not to modify third-party applications or bypass safeguards.

The Software does not inject code, alter third-party software files, or circumvent security mechanisms.

The Software may include, but is not limited to, the following functionality:

• Visual and color analysis

• Computer-vision–based object detection

• Input translation and precision assistance

• Configurable overlays and dashboards

Features may vary by version or configuration.

You may use the Software for lawful purposes consistent with its intended functionality.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service or end-user agreements.

You may not:

• Use the Software for unlawful activities

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Modify, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software without authorization

• Use the Software in a manner that causes harm, disruption, or unauthorized interference

• Misrepresent the Software’s capabilities or purpose

Violations may result in immediate termination of this license.

The Software may collect limited technical and authentication data, including device identifiers (such as HWID) and usage data, solely for licensing, security, and operational purposes.

By using the Software, you consent to data collection and processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

The Software is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You assume all risks associated with installation, configuration, and use of the Software.

The Software may require technical knowledge to configure correctly. Performance may vary depending on system configuration, hardware, network conditions, or multi-system setups.

Variability in latency is expected, and Stonebridge Software LLC is not responsible for performance issues arising from such variability.

The Software is delivered digitally. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are guaranteed once access or license delivery has occurred.

Stonebridge Software LLC reserves the right to terminate this EULA and revoke access to the Software at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the Software.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this EULA immediately cease.

You acknowledge that third-party platforms may enforce their own rules regardless of user intent. You assume all risks related to enforcement actions, restrictions, or penalties imposed by third parties.

Stonebridge Software LLC does not guarantee that use of the Software will not result in restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonebridge Software LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Software.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of access, reputational harm, or third-party enforcement actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stonebridge Software LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Software in violation of this EULA or any third-party agreements.

The Software is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by any third-party platforms, publishers, or service providers. No representations are made regarding compatibility with any specific third-party terms or systems.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable U.S. arbitration rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

Stonebridge Software LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, legal changes, or infrastructure failures.

Stonebridge Software LLC reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
