Stonebridge Software LLC is not responsible for actions taken by third parties against your accounts or systems.
All documentation, guides, communications, and materials provided by Stonebridge Software LLC are proprietary and may not be copied, redistributed, recorded, or shared without explicit written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
Stonebridge Software LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, legal changes, or infrastructure outages.
The Software is not intended for use in professional, tournament-based, or cash-prize environments. Use in settings involving monetary rewards, professional rankings, or formal competition is prohibited.
By using the Software, you acknowledge these limitations and release Stonebridge Software LLC from any liability related to enforcement actions taken by third-party organizers or platforms.
